halloween 2010

happy halloween!

wish i had some halloween candy about now, maybe i'll hit some candy sales tomorrow.

food!

went to applebee's for the first time a few days ago. good food, a bit pricey though.

i did the pick n' pair with chicken penne pasta & caesar salad. kind of wished i went for juat a pasta dish, been a while since i've had garlic bread.

Five times Teal’c regretted coming back to SG1 when Cam asked

1. sometimes vala over did the whole "muscles" thing.

2. during that long walk on ori homeworld he certainly had second thoughts.

4. often the food in the SGC cafeteria was less than appealing.

getting cooler

fall is in the air. cooler air & rain now and then.

snow will fly before you know it.

thoughts on new food

burger king has new breakfast stuff; a pancake platter (3 pancakes & sausage patty), a ultimate platter (3 pancakes, sausage patty, scrambled eggs, tater crowns or disks & a biscuit), blueberry biscuits & a breakfast sandwich on ciabatta bread.

i had the ultimate platter. hardly any eggs, the pancakes were small and had too much vanilla in them. the sausage was bigger than the one in the mcdonald's breakfast platter (watch it shrink in a year) overall not bad. not good either. maybe if i could get it without the pancakes i'd get it again. otherwise no.
