....in my old age, but i wasn't try try pumpkin spice stuff this fall.
last year i had a local convenience store's "harvest spice" cookie. it was ok, not heavy on the spices but the large grain sugar they sprinkled on it hurt my lip.
a long time ago i had the pumpkin pie at golden corral for thanksgiving & it was loaded with so much pumpkin pie spices, that i couldn't eat more then two bites. that's why when we made pumpkin pies in my family, we only put in half of the amount of the spices they called for.
