a few years ago, during a leap year, i (somewhat joked) that feb. 29 should be be quantum leap day. but since feb. 29 only happens once very 4 years, feb. should stand-in for the rest of the time.
well, it's feb. 28 again, so watch the series or read one of the novels (nearly as rare as leap day itself) or even some fan fic, if that's your thing.
