michael shanks (daniel jackson from stargate sg-1) is going to be on 24.
it's confirmed & all of that.
according to my sources (i.e. people at the sg-1 board at scifi.com) his character's name is michael bishop & he'll be some kind of aide or advisor to the president. this means he'll be in a suit. so that will make the fangirls (& some fanboys) happy. *points to the lj recommendation in favorite links*
the first of his four episode arc will start on april 16. i'll have no idea what's going on, but i think i'll watch it anyway.
p.s. i have this awful feeling he's going to turn out to be a bad guy
