Five times Jack doubted Teal'c's loyalty
any time teal'c managed to talk with any jaffa. jack worried that teal'c
would only see them as his brothers, not the army of the enemy, and go
back to them.
when teal'c found out what had happened to his wife & son after he went to earth. jack thought he leave to protect them.
after teal'c discovered that his wife died jack was sure he leave and raise his son.
when daniel died jack thought that teal'c was thinking that maybe the fight against the goa'uld was hopeless after all.

that whole "canucks of vancouver are superior warriors" bit. jack was
sure he had teal'c turned into a fan of the chicago blackhawks or at
least the minnesota wild.
